About Kristin What Inspired You to Join the Animal Field? I’ve always had a strong bond with animals growing up, and my experience working at an animal shelter solidified my passion for veterinary care.

Dr. Grant Jacobson is a passionate and dedicated veterinarian who followed his true calling to make a positive impact on the lives of animals and their owners. Driven by a lifelong affinity for animals, his journey to becoming The Hometown Veterinarian is unique.
